Volunteers are an integral part of our ecosystem at the ranch.

Volunteers assist with a variety of tasks and chores around the ranch and all help is greatly appreciated!

There are countless ways to volunteer, even if you have no horse experience! Our ongoing and largest need is working with our riders during a lesson, offering support physically or emotionally, and taking care of our four legged friends. We offer a one-hour Volunteer Orientation that will give you a well-rounded idea of what Two Bear TRC offers as well as hands-on learning for new volunteers interested in assisting riders during their adaptive lessons. Ways to volunteer:

Lesson volunteers

Assist our riders with grooming and tacking before a lesson, offer support during a lesson; side-walking, leading the horse, offering emotional support, and putting horses away after a lesson. Lesson volunteers commit to one six- or eight-week session for at least one shift during the week.

Facility volunteers

Duties include barn chores, assisting with manure and rock management in the pastures, filling water tanks and helping with property projects. Facility volunteers commit to one six-week session for at least one shift during the week.

Student volunteers

Are you a student looking for volunteer hours for school? We are happy to have students come to the ranch to help out!

Volunteer Orientation

We appreciate our volunteers! If you're able to share your time with Two Bear TRC, we offer hands-on learning for new volunteers interested in assisting riders during their adaptive lessons. Upcoming Volunteer Orientations will be offered on the following days from 12pm-12:30pm:
